Excellent stay and we will be back!

Pros: Very friendly and professional front of house staff - we particularly would like to thank Amy, Cat and Owen who were a credit to your hotel. We were upgraded to a lovely room 522 with a superb sea view which was very kind and much appreciated. My husband had an excellent massage in the spa at a very reasonable price too.

Cons: Only comment would be the coffee served at breakfast which was not very good in our opinion which is a shame as the coffee served in the bar area was great.

We had a wonderful time, cant change the weather 😂

Pros: The location was perfect for us, we had a wonderful view from the bedroom window of the sea. there was also a balcony. The breakfast was very good and with plenty of choice. We had one bar meal and one in the rest r, both were very nice and presented well. I would sray here again.

Cons: No complaints whatsoever

Would come again

Pros: The breakfast was amazING. So much choice. Service great. Beautiful view with sunsets every morning despite rain mostly. Great facilities. Dog loving. Friendly Right by the coast. Bus service available nearby. Plenty to do. Bath was beautiful. Loved the veranda!

Cons: The flush in the toilet was stiff and needed force to use. A dripping tap in bath but didn't stop me having a lovely stay

A SUPERB CORNISH RESORT ON THE SEAFRONT, & an IDEAL one from which to Celebrate a 70th Birthday!

Pros: The STAFF - especially, 'Phil', who especially looked after us with Reggae Music on Bob Marley's Birthday AND my Brother George's (on the SAME day!); and 'Steph', who organised the table and 'bunting' for Bro G's 'Birthday Breakfast'; also, more generally, for their friendliness of service: Melissa, Owen, Amy, Mia and Taylor! The FOOD! The SPA facilities!

Cons: The Room - a NON-sea view AND rather small for what we paid!

Great location

Pros: It was lovely to visit the place where I used to live. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast, lovely staff. Sadly only stayed one night due to the weather.

Cons: Would have liked to see the sea from my window...but next time!
