Will come back again.

Pros: Walking distance to all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. The room was very clean and furnishings were excellent. Fridge was very useful. Everything we would need provided in the room including a box with items for a pet.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast chef!

Pros: Excellent breakfast with plenty of options and friendly staff who were more than happy to meet our additional food requirements. We arrived an hour before check in time and were shown to our room straight away without any fuss or having to pay an additional fee for an early check-in which was much appreciated. The reception staff were always on hand to answer any questions we had and showed interest in our day which was pleasant. We asked for a change of towels and for our bins to be emptied on the second day we stayed and when we returned the whole room had been cleaned, and a full service completed which was a nice surprise.

Cons: We were initially greeted by the maintainance man, who had a very strange demeanour and came across as a little hostile to start with. He did however then go and track down a staff member for us, as we were rather early. He seemed more friendly the next day when we bumped into him so maybe he was just having an off day! It would also have been nice to have eaten in the hotel in the evenings but as it was our of season only a very limited menu was available which did not meet our needs.

Fantastic stay at lovely welcoming hotel - we will definitely return!

Pros: Really wonderful 2 nights here, everyone was so lovely , friendly & welcoming. A great location for visiting the Eden project and we even got to use the heated pool in February! Breakfast was also very delicious - thankyou for a great time!
