Fabulous location and room, great staff and amazing food!

Pros: Fantastic location but will book a sea view next time. Lovely rooms and large bathroom and shower cubicle. Very clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast and will definitely stay again.

Perfect little break

Pros: Gorgeous pub in the centre of beautiful Porthleven. Great food, excellent hospitality, warm and welcoming. Short walk around the harbour to the beach. Super dog friendly

Couldn’t have been in a more comfortable place for a birthday during the worst of January weather

Pros: The room we were allocated was beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable,-with the added bonus of a separate sitting room ,but the only natural light for these came from one small window and although there were many lamps -(and we had them ALL on) it was still very dim YELLOW light -now- bearing in mind as it was the worst of weather conditions outside this meant we spent more time in the room reading than we had anticipated - I only mention this as a positive comment - to improve the lighting quality- I suggest white light in the bedside lamps would have been better The breakfast was fabulous with many choices - the staff were friendly and obliging and there was plenty of choice on the evening menu - we were warm and well fed and other than the weather we stayed happy

Perfect in every way.

Pros: I bought this stay as a Xmas present for my son & his partner.I have stayed in a cottage in Porthleven many years ago I loved it & wanted my son & his partner to have a break away from 2 children & 2 dogs, so I thought Porthleven would be perfect for them we all only live in Wadebridge so not far to come, its a very unspoilt place they had the rough seas on Saturday & beautiful calm & sunny day on the sunday , it was a very liked & enjoyed xmas present & stay in your pub which they said was so lovely & the room was clean & beautiful loved the shower. Would highly recommend a stay at the harbour inn .

A welcome stay on The South West Coast path.

Pros: Location was excellent. The staff friendly and welcome.The room beautiful. We had no. 14 which had a lovely little sitting room, a pleasant surprise. The pub food and the breakfast definitely fuelled us for our next days hike. We would love to revisit the area and see all the other things it has to offer.
