A nice break and we did another 22 miles of coast path

Pros: Sadly, no breakfast within walking distance but the evening meals were good and it was lively in the bar. Our room was fine and we enjoyed walking in the garden

Cons: With hindsight we could have chosen somewhere more easily accessible without a car!!( our own fault!) Taxis were ok but sometimes there was a wait.

Pros: Fantastic little hideaway. Room was so spacious, and cozy. Gardens were amazing, absolutely loved the quirkiness of the place. Food was amazing.

Comfortable, peaceful and happy

Pros: Trengilly is a very unusual and unique venue. The food in the bar is amazing, the owners and the team are very friendly and there is always something interesting happening. We've visited twice and on both occasions we've been treated to some wonderful live music. The apartment we had was simple but very comfortable. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. The linens were super clean. The towels were fluffy and the shower, while 'basic', delivered a piping hot shower. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, the sofa was comfy too. Trengilly is deep in the countryside so, no matter how hard you clean, there'll be a spider weaving a web the minute the cleaner leaves the room. We understand that and appreciate it as a bonus of staying in the countryside. Trengilly do an amazing job to keep the venue and the accommodation quirky, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Honestly, I have nothing to add here. It was all perfect for us.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

Pros: The rooms are comfortable and fitted out to a high standard. The bar is cosy and there are good choices on the menus for evening meals. It is also in a beautiful location and lots of grounds to explore with the children.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Just be aware that this is Cornwall and access to the inn is via very narrow lanes.
