Enjoyable stay in a beautiful location.

Pros: Property really tried to ensure that all needs were catered for and that we enjoyed our stay in the area.

Cons: Parking area was not next to the property, so unloading and loading our luggage was more difficult.

Pros: The villa is beautiful and very well facilitated and equipped.The Valley surroundings are also lovely with a great restaurant and facilities to enjoy,such as an indoor pool and outdoor. This was our second visit, and we will not hesitate to return.Staff are also very welcoming and friendly.

Great Resort for a special holiday

Pros: We are glad to have found this place. The location is in a quiet area but also only a few minutes drive to the interesting towns of Cornwall. The kitchen was well equipped, the cottage was clean and the car park was close to the cottage. We enjoyed the pools (indoor and outdoor). The small playground was also very popular. The staff were very helpful and dinner at the Hart of Valley Restaurant was delicious. This is mainly due to the effort and heart that Chef Ondine puts into the business. Thank you for your excellent service.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about.

Tranquil, thoughtful and pet friendly hidden gem

Pros: One of the nicest and most thoughtful pet friendly places we have stayed in the U.K. Set in a very peaceful location, in close proximity to a lot of attractions. The accommodation was excellent and very well kitted out for a self catering holiday. The staff posted daily weather updates and activity suggestions, along with treats for the kids (as it was Easter) and a welcome pack for the dog, complete with tennis ball. The restaurant was very good and we used the indoor heated pool every day. Lots of other facilities to keep kids entertained in a safe environment, including play area, games room and tennis. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hidden gem in Cornwall

Pros: I liked the peace and tranquillity of the place.The villa was clean and well facilitated aswell as the surrounding areas.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food at the restaurant was decent.I have booked again for next year as we all enjoyed our holiday stay.

Cons: The creepy crawlies,but you can't help nature and especially in a woodland area.I wish I could of stayed longer.
