Great size property in a good location for exploring Cornwall.

Pros: Suited our family’s needs, as able to accommodate all of us in one property (3 generations). Enjoyed the use of the hot tub. It was clean on arrival, beds were made and linen/towels nice and fresh.

Cons: It is getting a little bit run down; needs painting on the outside, all the floors were very creaking, locks and door handles were stiff and the furniture was worn in places.

Great family base for visiting Newquay and other Cornwall locations.

Pros: Lots of things to do on site for free like the gym, swimming, tennis, mini golf and arcade. Clean and comfortable living area. Beds were very comfortable. Close to Newquay and other areas by car. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: Needing to book so far in advance for swimming- it got booked up quickly so need to book two days in advance. The food in the pub was too expensive for what it was. WiFi was not good in our chalet - need to go to the leisure centre to get a good signal. No bus route so a car is a must. Parking near the chalet was difficult if everyone was back on site.

Pros: Facilities in the cottage were clean and well equipped. Perfect size for 8 of us

Cons: Very hard to find anything to complain about. If anything some of the paths could have done with a bit of weeding but other than that all was spot on
