Great place to stay if your visiting Bodmin and surrounding areas.

Pros: The property was very clean, host very helpful, everything we needed for a lovely stay. And we liked the large wet room . All good , would stay at this property again.

Pros: Very clean, easy to find, convienient location. Hassle free. Easy to contact host. Lovely touches of oats for brekkie and bathroom products. Quality bedding. Cheap and very cheerful.

Was very brief stay, but everything we needed for an overnight stopover

Pros: I liked the complementary sweets the fact towels, tea towels and other household products were available to use.

Cons: The only downfall was no internet but cannot fault the accommodation.

Only stayed one night but I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m in Bodmin.

Pros: Clean, tidy and host was very helpful and very responsive to messages.

Cons: N/A - just make sure you know that there are two properties. We chose the smaller one (with its own private access from outside) as that’s all we needed.

It was a lovely stay - the property had everything you.need for a pleasant stay.

Pros: The property was clean, and had everything you need for a night stay, considering there was no fridge, there was a thoughtful array of treats and snacks (haribo and porridge) alongside the usual tea and coffee. The owner was also very helpful suggesting somewhere local to eat on arrival.

Cons: There is a narrow driveway to access the property (unfortunately we have a large car!)
