Cosy Self Contained Annexe

Pros: It was very clean. Liked their was a towel for the dog if needed. Fridge very handy and greatful to have for the dogs food. Have soap smelt lovely. Welcome poster really helpful Everything contained so you had own space

Cons: Drive was hard to park in, hedge could do with being cut back so it's inline with wall so you know how much room you have, garden needed a manicure. The price is quite expensive for what it is. Shower didn't drain and when you finished took ages. Front door hard to lock & back door also difficult. Front outside porch mat could do with replacement

Great, will definitely stay again in future visits to Bodmin if available.

Pros: Big enough for a solo or couple and perfect to destress from day to day life.

Cons: The access, could have a sensor light as it’s quite dark and narrow. But doesn’t take away from the great place it is to stay.

Pros: I traveled down with my dog they had a decent sized garden for him to go out in and lots of facilities provided and provided for the dog with bowl and dog bags

Lovely annexe will book again

Pros: The annexe was really nice, a little table in the corner of the room to be able to sit other than the bed, which was really comfy, I didn't see the host in the time I was thier so I cudnt give feedback on this, but you left alone to relax,

Cons: To be honest when I just walked down to the house I saw this horrible door and struggled getting into the premises so I was worried about what I find, but the place was lush in side, never judge a book by it over, and that was the example of the door, the back yard door was actually nice, just the door you enter.

Pros: Lovely and clean property within perfect proximity to Bodmin Hospital

Cons: Low water pressure in the shower

Pros: Owner was lovely only needed them once. Like how close it was for everything I needed. Nice warm welcoming feeling

Cons: I honestly can't say anything let me down
