Pros: Close to town. It was a perfect little apartment with everything you needed for your stay even if you wanted to eat in. Beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great place and location.

Pros: Great location, very clean apartment, bright and spacious. Great facilities. Lots of shops nearby to get supplies. The hosts left a supply of all you need to get things going (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, filtered water) and towels, dishwasher tabs, washing machine pods etc. the place was lovely and warm, quiet (despite the main road being close). Good value for money.

Pros: Very close to shops and the town centre, very clean and well maintained property, bus stop very close by for public transport users like ourselves.

Lovely two bed apartment

Pros: Very clean, modern apartment with everything provided for self catering stay.Ideally situated opposite a Lidl and not far from Morrisons.We used this as a base to visit Eden Project, Launceston etc.

Cons: Disturbed a little by the road noise

Pros: We loved everything about the accommodation, it was spotless when we arrived, there was plenty of coffee, tea,sugar and milk. The decor was excellent, and the bath also had a powerful shower all easy to use, The kitchen had all you needed if you wish to cook. There is a parking space right outside the apartment just for No 9. The location was perfect to get to lots of attractions and locations like different beaches. We meet the owners who are a lovely hard working couple.Theres plenty of places to eat or get a takeaways. We highly recommend for families or couples who want to just chill out.

Excellent stay, perfect for our Cornwall break

Pros: The property was beautifully furnished inside with a modern and contemporary style. It was incredibly clean and was equipped with all the facilities we wanted, with a warm welcome of tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival which was a lovely touch. The living area was very spacious, as were both bedrooms. The WiFi was excellent, and the location was great, in the centre of Bodmin which meant we could take advantage of the local Chinese and Indian takeaways! Highly recommend this property, especially if you’re travelling to beaches everyday like we did, all of which were within 30 mins drive. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you so much!

Cons: Nothing, other than having slightly bigger towels for showers :)

Pros: The showering is very strong and easy to adjust temperature.

Better than most

Pros: Very high end refurbishment. Fittings and fixtures were good quality. Entrance is very welcoming and coat and hat stand etc a nice touch. Easy check in and out and right on the edge of town. Good parking right outside the apartment.

Cons: Could do with another small table in the lounge but not a lot to dislike.

Perfect!

Pros: The apartment is is spacious, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. We used for a visit to the Royal Cornwall Show, it proved to be an ideal location, approx half an hour away from the show ground. A supermarket is close by and the apartment is in walking distance to Bodmin’s shops, restaurants and pubs. Whilst our stay was two nights the apartment is equally suited to an extended stay, full cooker, freezer etc. Parking is directly outside the property.

Cons: Nothing!

Good place for a short stay. Had everything we needed.

Pros: Location was good, just a few minutes walk into the town centre and all the cafes, shops etc
