Nice apartment in a good location

Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious, the view stunning and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to the beach, bus route and the train station.

Cons: There was a slight feeling that the property had been neglected, just niggles really, but a bit more attention to detail would really improve things. The batteries in the tv remote and the clock were flat, there weren't enough glasses, the microwave and window catches were slightly faulty. A welcome note giving the WiFi password and details about recycling would have been helpful.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need!

Pros: Apartment was bright, modern and comfortable with a lovely view. It had everything you need, from a bbq if the sun is shining to books, board games, small dvd selection, sky tv and even a games console if the weather isn't so great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were the best we have ever had whilst staying away! Location is perfect if you love Carbis Bay beach and St Ives, would highly recommend it!

Cons: Unfortunately the jacuzzi bath wasn't working and parking can be a little tricky with it being in a residential area, nothing to spoil a trip though or stop us from returning again in the future.

Great location family home

Pros: We loved this family property, the location was fabulous for the beach and to walk into St.Ives.

Cons: Instructions to find it, it quoted the wrong named business below. We didn’t have direct contact with the owner, just the holiday agent which was a bit inpersonable so our questions were unanswered. Garden photos are a bit misleading.

Pros: Management hosts were available to answer any issues, although on the main road, traffic not an issue and very secure and lovely in gardens for the two dogs. Easy access to station and train to St ives . Facilities in flat excellent

Cons: Only Gripe is getting parked in front but we managed this

Pros: Perfect location with an amazing view. Very clean stylish apartment.

Cons: The garden furniture and garden could go with tidying up but guessing this was just because the season is about to start.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Proximity to Carbis bay. Beautiful seaside view from living room and bedroom. All cutlery, dishes and cooking pans provided and afew other essentials.
