Pros: Lovely position in St Ives fabulous views Room a bit compact but beautifully furnished Lovely beach views from room lovely meal in restaurant at night highly recommend

Cons: Room backed on to the kitchen and could smell food being prepared and room was under the veranda so could hear people walking above the bedroom in the evening and when staff arrived at 6am would stay again just in a different room!!

Pros: First of all, the staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile. The hotel in situate in the most idyllic place. The views from the restaurant, bars and room as the best you could ask for.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: Excellent location, the sea view was stunning overlooking St Ives bay, hotel was clean and very comfortable room, good selection continental or cooked breakfast

Pros: View from the room superb! On arrival Sophie was excellent Location to town ideal Nice shower and facilities for the shower nice Parking is good

Cons: Rooms slightly undersized No real clothes space a few hangers but hanging coats was not good Fridge with booze that is expensive Crisps/chocolate/nuts on side but need to be paid for - expensive too A few minor and one major staff discrepancy but wouldn’t put us off staying again, for view and location alone

A must return experience

Pros: View amazing, seals seen from the bedroom window, luxury toiletries (Land and Water), very comfortable bed. Very convenient for St Ives harbour. All the shops were friendly, more than enough pubs and restaurants to cater (veggie). Can’t recommend enough.

Cons: The tiny sink in bathroom with shelf blocking it from above was very awkward (room 11). But this was a minor annoyance compared to all the positives and was the only negative.

Pros: breakfast was available until 11am and it as delicious with an incredible view with multiple seals💕

Cons: had trouble opening the milk bottle top on top tight had to drink it black prices unaffordable for us in summer :(

Pros: Views are amazing. Decore is lovely. Friendly staff. Bottle of Proscecco in room for our 20th year anniversary.

Cons: Didnt get my starter, cold liver parfit. Wife had cooked scallops all eaten before waitress came to apologise but still no dish in hand. Food manager came up later, apologised said they would see what happened and never came back. No reduction in price or token gesture. Parking is major issue but park and ride is a good solution.
