Excellent location ~ Well equipped apartment.

Pros: Excellent quiet location within walking distance of Swanpool beach and lovely beachside cafe (although steep walk back) Only a 10 min drive into Falmouth. Lovely apartment - very well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, well equipped. On site parking with parking pass. Lovely arrival treats. Excellent host - responds quickly, great directions, easy access with key safe.

Cons: Bedroom 2 - bed in need of a new mattress or decent topper. Some mould in bathroom, around shower base.

Fabulous, comfortable even for a short stay in winter!

Pros: This flat was lovely - clean and comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for us, just up the hill from Swanpool, a delightful little beach with two cafes and plenty of surf if that's your thing! And we were just a few minutes drive from the centre of Falmouth, where we enjoyed the Maritime Museum, the Art Gallery and a ferry trip across the estuary to St Mawes. Plenty to enjoy even in December!

Cons: I can't think of anything negative to say - we had a great time thank you. We even managed the steps up from the car park without too much trouble and there was a slope if you have a good wheelchair or buggy and the flat is of course all on one floor once up there.

Perfect base to visit family who live nearby.

Pros: Very lovely presented accommodation. A nice touch was that there was fresh flowers awaiting us and chocolate biscuits, tea, coffee and a few condiments in the kitchen cupboard. The host sent good directions to the property, as it was off the main road down a cul de sac.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Sea view was excelent! Place was nice and we enjoyed a lot. When we arrived, there were lovely suprices. That gave us warm welcome. Beach was only 5 min. away, so it was nice walks there.

Pros: We were welcomed with a kind entrance gift. The flat is very nice and well equipped. Nothing was missing during my stay. It was even possible to eat outside on the wooden table if front of the house.

The Perfect Falmouth Apartment!

Pros: Such a Lovely apartment, with a stunning view. Extremely comfortable & well stocked and we appreciated the welcome pack. We have visited Falmouth many times & wish we had found this property sooner!! would highly recommend .

Pros: Lovely location with views across to Swanpool Beach and St Mawes beyond. Nice touches with flowers and beer/cider on arrival and a useful range of kitchen stuff to hand (wash up liquid, bags, dishwasher tablets etc) which we think SHOULD be in all places. Spacious place for two.

Cons: Lounge area a bit tight for more than two as someone would not get a seat on the sofa and the other chair is a bit uncomfy.

We had a wonderful stay and had absolutely everything we needed- can recommend this place.

Pros: Fantastic location, great host, v clean flat, and loved biscuits and beer on arrival- thank you! Also great green area to walk our dog right nearby and disabled access via a slope- all really useful.

Cons: A bit pricey but worth it due to the location.
