Just what I needed.

Pros: Location 5 minutes from the beach with 2 cafe/bars and restaurant, great coastal walk to Falmouth harbour.

Lovely short stay in a quiet residential area close to beach and city of Falmouth

Pros: Good location for exploring Falmouth area and for Swanpool beach. Also for getting out and about in that area of Cornwall. Quiet, safe location.

Cons: Not a cosy apartment. Could have a chair in the sitting area in addition to the little sofa.
