Pros: The size of the property and all the facilities available.
Cons: These are not criticisms just feedback. The window of the smallest room would not close fully. The toaster had faulty elements, may need a service despite the switch for all 4 elements switched on.

Perfect harbour side getaway
Pros: Fantastic location. Really well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Great decor and plenty spacious enough for 2 adults, 2 teens and a border collie. The eco welcome pack was a nice touch. Loved being just seconds away from the harbour with all of its pubs, cafes and restaurants.
Cons: Getting out of the car port was challenging, even in our small car. It didn’t bother us, but if you are particularly sensitive to noise or smell it’s worth mentioning there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which has fairly loud extraction.

Lovely clean and well-equipped two story apartment close to Porthleven harbour.
Pros: Rock Pool House is a lovely two storey apartment which was very clean and well-equipped for a short holiday. The beds were comfortable, lovely living room area, well-equipped kitchen (although we didn't use the dishwasher/washing machine/oven it had everything that we needed - note, you need to switch the toaster on at the plug as it is a Dualit). The location is fab - just a short stroll down to the harbour and very close to some great places to eat/get take away - we ate at The Square and also Amelie - both fantastic!
Cons: Although the apartment was spotless, the outside space/steps to the apartment were very dirty (slippery moss etc.) and there was rubbish - the owners need to clean these so it matches the inside of the property. The wood burner didn't work and no wood provided despite being in the details. We bought some wood, tried it and the flat filled with smoke - potentially very dangerous. If it doesn't work then best to label it so.

Beautiful house in beautiful Porthleven
Pros: Brilliant location & beautifully decorated house. Hosts were responsive and accommodating, and we loved the little welcome box on arrival. Having parking was such a bonus, and the wood burner made it the perfect winter stay.
Cons: Nothing! It was gorgeous.

Très bon appartement avec quelques points à améliorer
Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé, à 1 min du petit port pittoresque, de restaurants sympathiques, des commerces. L’appartement est très clair et traversant. Le petit panier de bienvenue avec le thé, café, petits biscuits et quelques produits de nettoyage écologique a été bien apprécié. L’appartement était très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tous les outils nécessaires pour cuisiner.
Cons: L’appartement se trouve juste à côté d’un restaurant à emporter chinois. Le soir on sentait les odeurs de la cuisine du restaurant dans la cuisine et le salon, ce qui n’était pas du tout agréable. De plus dans la chambre en haut on entendait très bien les conversations des employés du restaurant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Les matelas étaient trop mous pour nous. Je sais que ce n’est pas évident d’avoir un matelas qui convient à tout le monde mais à la fin du séjour j’avais bien mal au dos. Certaines casseroles et poêles étaient sales, elles n’ont pas été lavées malgré la présence de lave-vaisselle. La photo de terrasse est trompeuse: la minuscule terrasse existe bien mais elle est coincée entre la porte du garage et l’escalier pour rentrer dans l’appartement et se trouve juste à côté de tuyau d’extracteur d’odeur assez bruyant qui fonctionne toute la journée. On a pas pu l’utiliser une seule fois. L’appartement est géré par une société de location pas du tout flexible qui envoye des messages types et demandent de payer 100 euros pour le ménage. Cette somme n’a pas été prélevée mais la réception cette information après avoir effectué la réservation m’a désagréablement surpris.
