Very relaxing and comfortable

Pros: Very cosy and relaxing. Had everything that you needed.

Good location, lovely clean modern apartment.

Pros: The property was well equipped, clean and in a great location.

Cons: No hanging space at all, which was a shame. Maybe some hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would help and some hangers. It was exceptionally hot in the apartment and the heating controls were not straight forward to adjust. Maybe a small card with how to operate the heating could help. These are minor niggles that I’m sure could be easily rectified.

Pros: Great little place in the centre of porthleven. Very comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: It was too hot in one of the bedrooms as the underfloor heating was on and we couldn’t get it to go down!

Amazing Property will definitely re visit around Christmas time lovely place

Pros: Very clean tidy literally a little home from home!! Amazing host left milk in fridge for tea too.

Cons: Nothing perfect place !!

Stunning Sun Trap

Pros: Well presented property in an amazing location! Good sized kitchen to prepare basic meals, and the benefit of the dishwasher is always appreciated. Very comfortable beds, and clean bathroom! Would recommend both the pubs, and you aren't short for a place to eat in Porthleven.

Cons: The smart TV is quite old now & not hooked upto terrestial TV, if like us, you want half an hour of TV before bed after a long day of beaching or walking, or whilst your getting ready & having your tea in the morning, would recommend bringing a fire stick (or equivalent) to give you more viewing options. Not a deal breaker at all, more an FYI fot people visiting in the future.

Pros: Beautifully presented apartment, furnishings were extremely comfortable. Gorgeous kitchen which was fully equipped so that you could cook any meals you fancied. Would definitely visit again if in the area!

Cons: Unfortunately we had difficulties with the tv during our stay which meant we had to rely on amazon prime for our little one. Parking is also very limited in the area, there is a possibility of a space directly outside of the property but with surrounding properties it appeared to be on a first come first serve basis.

Good location, reasonable price and all that you need

Pros: Great location, maximum 5 minute walk from the harbour. The apartment has everything you could need. I was able to park my car directly outside the property which I would think in peak season would be very beneficial as the narrow streets get very busy. I called the owner very late at night as I arrived later than planned and they were very helpful.
