I didn’t want to leave !

Pros: Such an amazing property, the views were incredible. A really comfortable and stunning property. I’d love to book again but I can’t find any links for future dates .

Beautiful apartment with stunning views, the location requires a good level of fitness and mobility.

Pros: Beautiful views and excellent, generous facilities. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay. The principal bedroom is stunning and the super king bed is so comfortable. Furniture is plentiful and good quality. Could not fault the interior of the apartment. Falmouth High Street is directly above the apartment, a steep climb up Barracks Ope steps.

Cons: 1. Parking is very difficult. This property caters for 6 people. This means that at least one large car or people carrier would be required, or two/three vehicles. The garage is accessible for 1 medium sized car maximum. Extra parking nearby is very limited and, due to the location of the apartment, is a difficult steep walk away. 2. Accessibility. Two of our guests have limited mobility and the location of the apartment meant that we had to use a car to access Falmouth. To get anywhere on foot requires a very steep climb up uneven steps or a steep walk up the driveway with no pavement. 3. The twin beds are not suitable for adult use and the twin room lacks storage. If three couples were to visit, the third bedroom would be a significant compromise. 4. Would be nice to have a coffee machine.

Know Falmouth well but this property was the best. Do well situated with an amazing view.

Pros: The view was amazing and the decor and furnishings, brilliant

Pros: Absolutely lovely flat. Modern, spacious, and perfect for a family of 4. Balcony overlooking the harbour...just beautiful. Perfect location.

Cons: No option for recycling! How is that even possible?! We literally drove round the town to find anywhere that would recycle bottles...shame that all that is going to landfill somewhere....

Great stay, highly recommend

Pros: Location fantastic walking distance to the centre of Falmouth. The fixtures, fittings and furniture in the property were generally of good quality and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Beautiful views. Parking in a spacious garage.

Cons: The electric keyboard left in the living room obstructing some of the view when sat on the sofa. Recommend it is stored in the garage when guests are renting the property. The carpet up the stairs needs changing as it is dirty and old.

Brilliant stay on the harbour

Pros: Very clean and spacious Great outside space overlooking harbour

Cons: Being overly critical the stairs carpet lets it down (grubby)

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful views, very well equipped

Ideal location

Pros: Incredible location - great views, super convenient to high street, while still being quiet. The main bedroom was excellent - spacious, great views lovely ensuite.

Cons: The other two rooms were very cozy - the twin room especially so. The toilet in the non-ensuite bathroom was very difficult to flush. The wireless thermometer for the heating ran out of batteries during our stay and it became very cold until we worked out the issue and purchased new batteries. The building managers do not work over the weekend, meaning that we did not get any assistance (which actually turned out fine, but some back-up would be great).

Fab few days with friends in Falmouth

Pros: The location was excellent and the apartment had everything you needed, including dishwasher and washing machine if required.

Cons: The third bedroom was small and had twin beds and no storage. I feel the bedroom was only big enough for one bed and therefore leaving some room for storage. Also, the stair carpet is worn and needs replacing

Pros: Great location. Fabulous views of the harbour. Very nice place. I would stay again
