Ferney Croft

Pros: Superb location, a 15 minute walk to St erth train station making getting to and from all the important sites in cornwall so easy! Everything was immaculate and the owner had everything you could possibly want or need layed out! Will absolutely plan to return at some point!

Cons: This was not an issue for me at all, but the shower was on the smaller side and for someone of a larger stature it may be uncomfortable.

Ideal location, comfortable apartment

Pros: Great communication from Derek. Great apartment with everything we needed, even including toiletries which was a nice touch.

Good value for money in a convenient location.

Pros: Quiet, warm and comfortable, well equipped and within a short driving distance to Hayle, St Ives and Penzance.

Cons: Bit dated in areas.

Pros: The host was very helpful and kind, and great at communicating. It's a peaceful little apartment, and as the weather was poor we spent a lot of time indoors. It was the first time me and my companion had self catered, and it was lovely to cook together, watch DVDs and play games. For a couple who wants a cosy place to stay, I think it is perfect, and the bed was very comfy too.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

Amazing stay in Cornwall!

Pros: The location was amazing and the host, Derek was really helpful ahead of the visit and when we arrived. Everything you need is included at the property, even tea, biscuits and fudge! Thank you Derek for a wonderful stay! We were very comfortable in the little granny annex and would definitely rent your place if we come back again.

A great place to stay - excellent value for money

Pros: Derek, the host was there to greet us on arrival with a lovely Cornish hamper. A great little cottage with plenty of space inside for two people. Derek provided excellent directions to find the accommodation. Car can be parked right out the front, easy access to the cottage and in a very quiet area. Inside there are a library of books, DVDs, games and plenty of tourist brochures/maps & Netflix if you are stuck inside on a wet day. Derek was very friendly and helpful with questions on road rules and the general area. Excellent value for money. I would stay here again if I came back to Cornwall.

Cons: recycling - Most items including food scraps are recycled but then its good to learn and do something new and how recycling is sorted in Cornwall

Lovely place to stay

Pros: The host was just lovely, little welcome bags perfect for all of us . Everything organised ,with instructions, maps and places to visit .
