Lovely appartment in a great location, thoughtful landlords!

Pros: We spent our Christmas holidays here to visit family. The appartment has everything needed, and you have a wonderful view of St Austell and down to the sea from the living room. Tesco Express and Morrissons are within a 10- minute distance on foot, Aldi about 20 minutes down the main road. The flat conveniently has a separate parking space allocated to it, two bathrooms, a travel cot as well as underfloor heating. The landlords were quick to respond and super thoughtful, offering to bring fresh towels and linen after the first week of our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again at some point in the future!

Comfortable stay and great location for us to visit The Eden Project.

Pros: Well equipped 2 bed apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable settees and bed and decorated stylishly throughout. Gated access and good instructions from the owner on how to access the apartment.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable as were the sofas and beds. Sally was very helpful and communicative on calls and texts. Easy access to get there and it was overall a really enjoyable stay

Pros: Parking was okay. But tight in a big van. Rooms and apartment was very nice and warm. Hot water ran out after 2 showers but we just planned for faster showers

Very easy booking, lovely apartment, made for an amazing stay

Pros: Very easy booking and details all provided on the day for access and instructions all clear. Communication was good.

Cons: The key box was not labelled so tried to access the wrong one initially.

The location was very quiet/peaceful and clean when we arrived. And the host is very communicative.

Pros: The location was just 10 minutes away from Eden Project.

Cons: Since the flat is on the ground floor, you can hear the footsteps from upstairs. But all in all, my friends and I enjoyed our stay in there.
