Pros: It’s clean and well equipped. Great views of the sea and comfortable for 4 people, having 2 bathrooms. Very near supermarkets and easy drive to The Eden project and beaches.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Like home from home!! Such a lovely bright and airy apartment, so even if the weather wasn’t great you didn’t mind staying home.

Cons: Parking being so far was a bit of a pain as my 78yr old mum was with us but we made it work with a bit of juggling.

A very nice safe and comfortable place to stay almost next to the eden project

Pros: Gated and safe property Very clean The host gave very clear cut instructions ie directions to the property and how to enter the property and was very responsive to any questions I asked. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the location is good. The beaches are just 10 minutes drive and eden project is just 5 minutes drive

Cons: Nothing much really but if I have to say anything then it would be that the apartment was bit on the expensive side but then it was Easter weekend and Can do with a few more amenities in the bathrooms

A little gem- wonderful views of the sea, very well organised well equipped home from home at a very affordable price

We very much enjoyed our break in Cornwall and we were delighted with our selection of accommodation.

Pros: Very comfortable and well located for the places we wanted to visit. We tried many of the restaurants recommended and Charlestown was a particular favourite. Excellent communications prior to our arrival.

Cons: Have no negative comments.

Really well appointed apartment - would stay again

Pros: Really well equipped and furnished apartment with lots of nice, thoughtful touches. Very clean. Slept well. Wonderful views over St Austell Bay. Easy to get about - a great base for a stay.

Cons: It was very hot at times in the apartment , particularly as we had some sunny days; as it got direct sunlight and had big windows. It was hard to cool it down despite the fan supplied. But only a minor point and the downside of the wonderful views.

Amazing location, stunning apartment in a quiet area but with links to the best bits of Cornwall!

Pros: The location was ideal - it really was right on the epicentre of everywhere we wished to visit. The Eden project, beaches,heligan , Charlestown and l large supermarkets were a very short ten min drive away at the most.we went to Padstow one day and it took 35 mins, and I booked a massage ok the nearby spa which was a lovely treat and also a 4 min drive away. Private parking and a Green at the front made all the difference when it came to keeping this relaxing. The apartment was stunning, and has everything we needed during our stay, the beds were comfy and attention to detail from the soft towels to the trays in the dressing table made it feel like a hole from home

Cons: That we didn’t have the foresight to book it for longer!

Perfect for the Eden Project, and to visit some of the beautiful harbour towns in the area.

Pros: Well equipped, lovely view, nice and warm. Great communication from the owner. Parking and access was straightforward. Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk were available, although we had brought your own, it’s nice not to have to worry about that sort of thing.

Cons: Very small sink in the ensuite bathroom, or have a wash in it. The shower, is excellent in both bathrooms.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic. Loved our stay there and facilities were perfect would love to stay there again and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Lovely modern apartment, well equipped and very clean. Ideal for a short break.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, well furnished and equipped for our stay and spotlessly clean. Lots of thoughtful touches such as milk, tea, coffee, wash up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc got us off to a good start. Lovely far reaching views, a nice place to spend time. Very close to the Eden Project. Communication from hosts generally very prompt, a small issue was resolved quickly.

Cons: Very little, it looks exactly like the photos.
