Lovely place to stay with an amazing, convenient location!

Pros: Fantastic location and great rooms, loved it here! Would recommend it to anyone!

Cons: Nothing - was a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway!

Saltwater stay

Pros: The shower was epic!! Bed was comfortable and it was easy to get in and liaising with the owners was good.

Cons: Looked a bit unloved outside, ceiling wallpaper was coming loose, TV a bit small, shame the fire was out of bounds (but I can understand why!)

Great experience

Pros: The check-in was convenient and fast, same as the check-out. The staff I met was very friendly and helpful. The location is atop of a hill but it is very typical of St. Ives. Cleanliness was great.

Cons: Not much to comment here, the hotel is not as close as possible of the centre but not exactly an issue.

Perfect stay to explore St. Ives

Pros: The view from the window. The room is really cozy and it makes you feel at home. The hosts try to accommodate every request and they’re friendly. They provide a lot of information on things to see in St. Ives and around. Good value for money compared to the other accommodations in St. Ives.

Great place to stay in St Ives

Pros: Clean, good facilities and location. Well equipped room. Friendly host

Pros: Centrally located. Comfortable rooms. All we needed and it suited us well.

Cons: The rooms would really benefit from a small bar fridge to store milk or cold water. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower could use a caddy or shelf for toiletries. It would also be helpful to have more hanging space for drying swimwear, beach towels, and other items after a day at the beach. The exterior could use a bit more care and maintenance, and be aware that the hill leading up to the property is very steep – not ideal for guests who have difficulty walking.

Little stay in Saltwater

Pros: The room was clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay in St. Ives. It was a 10 minute walk from the town, and it was very quiet and peaceful.

Cons: No available parking. So had to pay £16 to park for two days in Ayr holiday park.

Comfortable stay near Porthmeor Beach

Pros: Location was good, near Porthmeor beach. Room was clean and with nice interiors, bed was really comfortable, bathroom clean with good shower pressure. Hosts were accommodating to our requests and responds quickly.

Perfectly pleasant

Pros: Very clean and modern, somewhat good location although quite hilly and limited parking, good tips inside on where to eat etc

Cons: We had a small room, tv was tiny too, it’s nothing major
