Wonderful weekend in a dreamy apartment next to the beach. Absolutely lovely!

Pros: Location is wonderful. Just steps from the beach and a few minutes walk from town. Beautiful, comfortable apartment with a well appointed kitchen if you want to self cater. Comfortable beds and we both slept really well. Allocated parking is a huge bonus.

Cons: The only single negative for me was the access road - primrose valley - really steep and narrow. I know St Ives is renowned for its windy narrow lanes but i was still a bit spooked by it.

Lovely location

Pros: Perfect location for Porthminster beach, the walk from Lisa's was 1 minute, absolutely loved the beach as it has a restaurant and small snack eateries right on the beach front. St Ives Harbour is a lovely 10mins walk away with all the shops and eateries. I would definitely say the location is not ideal for anyone who suffers with mobility issues as there are hills/slopes to get to property from the back and from the front .The parking is at the bottom of a small hill and not outside property. If any questions maybe call/message Eve lettings with any queries. Would love to stay in this area again not sure how busy the beach gets as we came outside of school holidays.

Cons: The parking was not the best, very tight and could only reverse into the space as forward parking would not work due to a very low wall and at entrance to car parking facilities. I couldn't find anything regarding how tight/small the car space is but in the booklet in Lisa's it says for small/medium cars. We have an Audi SUV and it was definitely a tight squeeze to manoeuvre vehicle into space.
