Fabulous break in a delightful part of Cornwall

A lovely relaxing stay at minster dreams

Pros: The apartment was lovely and a great location very close to the beach . The bed was comfy and the kitchen had great utilities . Beautiful St Ives and beautiful Porthminster Beach 2 minutes away .

Cons: No replacement batteries for the remote , only one dinner plate in cupboard which was very disappointing . Apart from that it’s great and we will be back . I would like to Mention that the duvet was very thin for this time of year and it was only on the last night we noticed there was another duvet under bed in storage.

Great value for money.

Pros: Lovely powerful shower. Fantastic location. Well heated. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Quite a few stairs to climb which might be a problem if you have mobility issues. But St Ives is so steep that you’ll find stairs/hills wherever you stay.

Perfect location, lovely and clean, great for dogs.

Pros: Location was perfect! A lovely apartment with everything needed for a long weekend and so glad that we could bring our pooch.

Comfortable, relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment.

Pros: I liked the apartment as a whole, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, it lacked nothing although we didn't use the cooker or washing machine and so can't comment on those things. Washing up liquid, and T Towels were provided. The bed was very big and very comfortable. Sky TV was a bonus. The shower was excellent although we would have preferred a walk in rather than an over the bath. The town is a short flat walk away along Porthminster Beach and Lambeth Walk, however on the return there is a sharp, steep albeit short walk to get to the building and then 38 steps up to the apartment. The area is quiet and there is a distant sea view.

Cons: Didn't like the sharp, steep albeit short walk to get to the building and then 38 steps up to the apartment particularly on arrival and departure when you have luggage. Nothing can be done about this but folk with limited mobility need to note. There is a communal seating area but this was not very attractive and needs sprucing up and the large amount of soiled bed linen in one of the outbuildings needs dealing with.
