Five star accommodation with a most spectacular sea view
Pros: This accommodation was absolutely superb, I can't rate it high enough. The sea view is spectacular, it's within walking distance to the beach and town centre and is spotless clean.
Cons: I can't fault this accommodation.

Great views of the beach
Pros: Location was excellent and the views stunning. Comfortable accommodation and beds.
Cons: Missing remote control for TV in lounge. Called to ask where it was but didn’t receive a reply. Wasn’t clear that parking permits would be available . I asked about parking before arriving but didn’t receive a response so I booked a Just Park space nearby at an additional cost.

Pros: Excellent views of the nearby beach and St Ives. Comfortable apartment. St Ives railway station nearby.
Cons: The tight turn off the main road on the property road and limited space to turn the car around.

Very enjoyable and inspiring stay in St Ives
Pros: Great view of St Ives from the comfortable living room. 3 or 4 minutes walk down the hill to the beach. Just a few more minutes into town and to coastal walks. Very convenient parking, with vouchers supplied. Quiet, peaceful location.

Solo Holiday Stay
Pros: The view was incredible. Bathroom is gorgeous. Kitchen well equipped and has everything you need, unless you need a washing machine....there isn't one of those! 😆 King-size bed, no idea where the tv remote for the bedroom was kept so I didn't watch it.
Cons: There was a winter duvet on bed which was way too hot for May. Would have preferred a lighter one Very snug to get around the bed to the window.

Lovely views
Pros: Prime location overlooking St Ives Harbour Proximity to railway station and bus route. Quiet accommodation (apart from seagulls!)
Cons: Lots of stairs up to apartment. Very steep road into and out of property. No spare toilet roll left for guests

Pros: Die perfekte Lage, inklusive Parkmöglichkeit. Ruhig, aber nah zum Strand und das Zentrum mit Museen und anderem Strand ist fußläufig schnell, in ca. 15 Minuten, erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat eine phantastische Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und modern. Alles ist sehr gut in Schuß und sauber.
Cons: Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Pros: Die Lage ist fabelhaft, auf einer Anhöhe mit unbezahlbarem Blick in die Bucht und zum Hafen St. Ives. In der Wohnung setzt sich dieser Blick fort, die Ausstattung dort sehr gemütlich, nichts was gefehlt hat, die Stimmung im Wohnzimmer mit dem Meer im Hintergrund war unglaublich schön, direkte Nähe zum Strand, das Städtchen ist fußläufig erreichbar, kostenlos parken, man braucht das Auto höchstens für Ausflüge oder zum 5 Min entfernten Supermarkt bewegen, ansonsten alles per pedes zu genießen.
Cons: Die Einfahrt von der Hauptstrasse ist abenteuerlich, wer aus Altersgründen nicht mehr so gut rangieren kann oder einen SUV fährt hat hier ggf. ein Problem. Generell war nichts zu beanstanden, dachten bei Buchung es gäbe eine Waschmaschine, haben wir uns geirrt. Für Aufenthalte länger eine Woche sicherlich ein Manko, aber kein Weltuntergang.
