St Ives apartment less than 5 minutes walk to beach parking available

Pros: Very cosy and comfortable property, close to amenities. Great value

Cons: I obviously misinterpreted or was confused by the parking related instructions. Arrived late in the evening. Parked outside the property. Awoke the following morning to a £70 parking ticket. A bit of shame

Lovely break between Christmas and New Year with lots of lovely walks and places to eat nearby.

Pros: The property is 5 mins from the beach and also from the centre of St Ives. The apartment had everything you needed for a stay and was decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Cons: There wasn't anything about the apartment we didn't like. It was ideal for a couple wanting a stay away. The only thing was the parking. It didn't put us off but the day we arrived we couldn't park in any of the locations the host suggersted.

Great location, comfortable flat to explore St Ives beaches, the lovely town and the beautiful area

Pros: Wonderful location just above Porthminster beach and an easy walk into St Ives. Comfortable, cosy flat with helpful owner.

Cons: Comfortable bed but right next to wall on one side so difficult to get into/out of. Parking right outside but we had to do a 3 point turn to exit the dead-end road safely.

Cons: No view Light felt restricted It is quite small so bear that in mind Ok for a couple but not great for staying in to watch a film as space is quite limited

Pros: Compact, clean and tastefully decorated. Good communication with the host. Excellent location. 5 mins walk from beach, 15 mins walk into centre of St Ives. Good bus and train service close by if you want to travel further without car.

Cons: There is car parking outside the flat, although narrow street means it’s difficult to turn car. We had to reverse up a steep narrow hill and turn car in a vacant car parking spot. We think car parking is a general issue in St Ives.

Short break for a couple

Pros: The location was brilliant. The flat was clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed for a short break.

Cons: The hill to access the beach is very steep. But so is alot of the town.

Pros: Great location and with car parking at the front door. Apartment was very comfortable and had all amenities.

Cons: Bedroom was a little tight.

Pros: easy access to beach's and town centre also buses to other destinations. Ease of parking was important

Pros: Parking was easy and the beach was a short walk away. The flat was perfect for what we needed and clean and tidy.
