An absolute gem of a place! Close to every thing you could need. Highly recommend!

Pros: Very good location, it’s very close to the town and having access to a stunning beach area was amazing! Everything you could possibly want has been well thought out and supplied in the property right down to cling film! It’s a very spacious property too, lovely balcony area to enjoy sea views from. I honestly can’t find any fault with this property. Would highly recommend to anyone and we book again should we be back and the place is available. You do have a parking spot with this property too which is a huge advantage but I would just say this is a small parking space, so if like us you have a large car it will be a tight space, but was nice knowing it was locked up and safe daily.

Pros: Fantastic apartment right next to the beach. Fully equipped with everything you need, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Great to have parking onsite and 5 minute walk to harbour front. Complex was kept very clean and tidy, as was the apartment. Host was helpful and easy to contact if needed. Highly recommend

Pros: Location was excellent. Room was clean. And very spacious

Cons: Car parking very tight but ok if you have a very small car. Stairs to the apt was a lot if your elderly

A lovely place and would definitely recommend if staying in St Ives!

Pros: The property is in a great location and is a less than 5 minute walk away from the beach, with lots of shops nearby! The flat was lovely and very clean and there is also a safe and secure garage parking as well! Nigel was a very kind and lovely host and was quick to reply to any questions I had and was very helpful! Overall, me and my family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and if we’re back in St Ives would definitely stay here again!

Świetny przestronny apartament w najlepszej możliwej lokalizacji!

Pros: Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, proste odebranie kluczy ze skrytki przy drzwiach. Nowy obiekt, bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Spokojnie pomieściłby dużą rodzinę (3 sypialnie), na 2 piętrze ogromny salon z tarasem, widok na morze i miasto. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, niczego nie brakuje. Lokalizacja jest po prostu świetna, minutę spacerku do plaży, chwilę dłużej do centrum. Obiekt posiada własny, podziemny parking z dwoma miejscami postojowymi za darmo. Stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry, oby tak zostało. Serdecznie polecam, rodzina była bardzo zadowolona. Pozdrawiamy gospodarza :) !

Cons: Nie ma do czego się przyczepić.
