Excellent apartment. Everything you could need. Recycling could be better explained. Couldn't find b

Pros: Excellent location, right next to Porthmeor beach. Sea View from window seat.

If you love Porthmeor beach, this is the place to stay.

Pros: Great location, lovely little property, well cared for.

Cons: Sofa bed not comfy to sit on and the other chair was even worse but then I’m old and my back needs a more conventional chair to watch TV on an evening. I also received four identical messages relating to directions to the property all of which were incorrect, (there is a new one way system in St Ives). When I queried this I was told they were supplied by the owner and should be correct.
