Was way beyond what was expected - I would highly recommend Boscastle House B&B to stay at.

Pros: simply outstanding in every way - Dawn & Gavin were exceptional hosts

Overall … a lovely experience.

Pros: Quiet, relaxing stay in a lovely building with great access and parking. The breakfast was of exceptional quality.

Cons: Room 3 lacks a dressing table and the TV could be better placed.

Pros: The accommodation both inside and in the garden was excellent. The breakfast was first class. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home especially giving us a card and gift for our anniversary.

Cons: The accommodation was was at the top of a very steep hill from the tourist area of Boscastle. However, it was a good exercise workout.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

Pros: Fantastic accommodation and breakfasts, beautiful gardens. Dawn and Gavin were marvellous hosts. Boscastle is a fabulous place, amazing walks and a wonderful harbour area with some great places to eat (the Rocket Store is highly recommended).

Cons: There isn't anything not to like. You need to be quite fit as it's a steep 15 min walk down to the village and back up again, but the coastal walk is lovely and highly recommended.

Pros: The property was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a fabulous break in Boscastle. It is perfectly situated with only a short walk to the harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was cooked and presented very well with lots of choice to suit everyone’s taste.

Great care and attention by the owners who do a fabulous job.

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. I was recovering from a hospital visit and was genuinely tempted to try everything, home cooked and home made. Brilliant!

Dawn & Gavin have set up a fantastic home for others to enjoy, even got my partner a gift as we were away for a few

Pros: Spacious-clean.stylish one of the best B&B’s we have stayed in, we will need to go back to try more of the vast selection of breakfasts as cooked and made to perfection
