Copper Meadow

Cornwall trip

Pros: Loved the peaceful location. Great room, clean and bright. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Comfortable quiet and well priced. I’d go back

Pros: Copper Meadow was quiet and far enough to have peace and quiet but not to far from coastal destinations

Cons: Not a lot it was great

Thoroughly enjoyable base to visit Cornwall, would certainly return.

Pros: Very nice freshly cooked breakfast with choices. Excellent location with lovely countryside environment to explore Cornwall in all directions, proximity of A30 and easy access to many tourist attractions. Good pub restaurants within driving distance, in particular Eliot Arms, The Springer Spaniel and Rising Sun Inn. Very nice and welcoming hosts, Barbara and her Husband.

Cons: There wasn't anything that we disliked or would complain about. On reflection, what could add to the pleasure if returning early to the property after a day exploring, would be an addition of a couple of loungers/ dedicated sitting area on the grass embankment behind the carpark, at the rear of the property, where one could relax in the evening sunshine and enjoy the view, in addition to two chairs and table near the entrance and the bench on the edge of the carpark (that we did use)

excellent accommodation to enable us to spend time with our severely disabled daughter

Pros: the location is fantastic for anyone who, like us, has family members staying in the residential accommodation of Bowden Derra Park. It's very close but also facilities to park our disabled access van in the driveway. Bit of a drive - 4 miles I think- to a local pub for dinner. Breakfast was excellent and the gardens are superb.

Great accommodation, owner very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat and visit.

Pros: The breakfast was what we asked for, cooked or just cereal, and the location was ideal being central to all locations.

Cons: It's hard to say what could have been better.

Excellent country hideaway

Pros: We liked it all and were very impressed with the luxurious extra large towels. Bed was very comfortable, and the host went above and beyond to assist with sight seeing suggestions .Delicious breakfast.

Cons: I would have liked shampoo and conditioner as I am travelling for 8 weeks in different countries, so I do not carry it.

Lovely stay at the countryside

Pros: Lovely stay at Copper Meadow. Nice location for us, we love the countryside. Good english breakfast. The rom was clean and cosy and the host was very friendly and helpful. We highly recomend a stay at Copper Meadow.

Home from home but none of the work

Pros: The breakfast ,room and facilities were great. Barbara was so helpful and attentive.

Very homely, friendly and comfortable B&B.

Pros: Barbara was amazing. She was very accommodating and she even took us to the wedding we were attending, as we struggled to get a taxi. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was spot on, lots of choice.

Cons: The shower was quite weak.
