Pros: Location was very nice. Staff are very friendly and welcoming facilities are really nice. I would recommend anybody visiting if they’re in the area.

Pros: great location - free car parking & right next to the train station, not even a 5 minute walk to get to adrenalin quarry. super clean rooms with comfy beds and lovely staff!

Very convenient over-night stop for our visit to Liskeard.

Pros: Large room and en-suite shower with toiletries supplied. Excellent breakfast.

Pros: We were delightfully surprised on the cleanliness in the room. Bed was lovely and comfy, breakfast was lovely. Also surprised to find the train station was so close. Looking forward to booking a short weekend away again sometime, but for a little longer this time.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay

Pros: I arrived late in the evening and was stunned by the sight of the milky way. It was so dark, with negligible light pollution. In the distance I could hear Owls hooting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was not cramped. Bathroom fine with good water pressure for the shower. The breakfast was basic with an offering of cereals, orange juice and a full English. I stayed for one night only. Ideal for short stays. There is a railway line somewhere nearby but the noise from the trains is minimal and infrequent.

Cons: A more extensive breakfast offering would be appreciated. Maybe I missed something.

Last minute availability, good value for, beers and bar food was excellent

Pros: The room was lovely and cosy with everything you needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We drank in the pub itself which was very relaxing

Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms looked exactly like the pictures and they were clean too. No pet smells or furs. Really happy to have supply to make tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Breakfast was nice and hot. Bathroom spacious and clean, sanitary disposal bags provided and hot shower.

Cons: Teeny weeny little fridge in the room, not sure what we could have stored in it ). Would have preferred breakfast to be served till 10 0'clock and not 9AM, however breakfast was nice and hot and chef was polite, thank you:).
