A superb Building, Location and Hosts

Pros: Very RURAL - Down lanes and tracks, but Well Worth it. A working farm, Everything was Clean and Tidy. An exception, Old Manor Farm House. The interior decor was Old and amazing. The Bathroom was Spacious and modern.

Despite the bad weather, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Very homely. Felt like one of the family. Stephanie and Melvyn both made us very welcome. Bed was very comfortable..

Cons: Down very narrow lanes but that’s Cornwall for you.

Pros: It’s my third visit over a 20yr period and it is still one of the best B&B’s I’ve stayed in. A beautiful location and hosts Stephanie and Mervyn were so wonderful and welcoming.

Wonderful time

Pros: Well I was very, very impressed with the accommodation. Spotlessly clean, the location was spectacular and peaceful ✌️ Stephanie and Mervyn couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. As this is a working farm with cows, the only noise was from them, and the occasional tractor I would highly recommend this as a stay cation.

A Cornish Gem

Pros: What a beautiful location on a working farm. To be surrounded by sheep and cattle, working Collies and family was delightful! The room was fantastic, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay and the host was lovely. We brought our own food for the evening and Stephanie laid out a table in the conservatory for us to eat. The whole farm was spotless and me and my mother would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful short break: great hosts, a charming room, and a delicious breakfast in a stunning farm

Pros: We had a lovely time in this beautiful farm. Stephanie and Mervyn were great hosts and Stephanie served us an exceptional breakfast every day of our stay! Beautifully furnished room and we were very comfortable for the three nights we stayed there. Pity we couldn’t stay for longer!

Pros: Stephanie and Marvin are amazing hosts. Typical English Farmhouse with great infrastructure, we loved the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Had the best sleep in the entire vacation, very quiet place. The breakfast was fantastic

Pros: This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced. So comfortable, so clean, so peaceful. The hosts were 10/10. So attentive, so welcoming and cooked the best breakfast we have ever had!!! So much thought, time and effort goes into everything they do and I am really looking forward to staying again. Thank you so so much.
