Lovely relaxing holiday.

Pros: Great base for exploring the local area. The hosts were great and really helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and quiet location. Definitely would recommend and would go back.

Very spacious, clean, well-appointed, great breakfasts

Pros: Large, bright first floor studio with balcony looking out to sea. Fridge and microwave very welcome facilities. Copious amounts of hot water and an excellent shower. Generous continental breakfast delivered to the studio daily. Excellent communication with hosts. Great location close to A30 links, Penzance (a gem!), nearby National Trust gardens and the fabulous sandy beach at Praa Sands. Would certainly return!

Cons: Not the fault of the hosts, but when the wind was in a certain direction, we got some 'fruity farmyard whiffs' from the cows at the nearby farm.

Great B&B with loads of space and nice views

Pros: Great location (if have transport) for exploring the South West corner of Cornwall. Very spacious rooms and nice views out from the living area. Nice selection on offer for breakfast

Cons: A sink and cooker would have been great to have although we managed okay without for the few days we were there and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

Pros: Wonderful place , so very quiet and relaxing . Sea views were amazing and great facilities in the studio. Host Michelle was friendly and breakfast was really good.

Cons: If I'm being very picky , I'd say we struggled a bit with no black out blinds to block the very early morning sun, but it wasn't too much of a problem once used to it and I found my eye mask ! Such a wonderful find and we'd love to return. Many thanks 🙏

Perfect location and a lovely couple.

Pros: Everything. It was spacious, had a lovely balcony with amazing views, the kitchen area was really useful, the fridge and freezer meant ice and chilled alcohol was available (not provided) but a lovely bottle of red as a welcome gift was. Michelle went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, recommending places to eat and visit. The bed was super comfortable, and the en suite was perfect. We will return. Thank you to you both.
