Amazing hosts. Accurate photos, nice stay.

Pros: Karen & Kevin were friendly hosts and left us alone, they were on call if we needed anything.

Cons: Internet connection in room was patchy. Had to use a QR code every time to log on.

Exceptional B & B

Pros: Great location and lovey a home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our room was small as it was the last room available but it was cosy and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we would definitely book again.

Pros: We stayed for 10 days at this lovely Bed & Breakfast and had a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning according to our wishes and absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless and very tidy, making us feel comfortable and at home. The location is perfect for exploring Cornwall – we were able to do day trips in every direction, and beautiful Praa Sands Beach and Porthleven are just a short distance away. Karen and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel like part of the family. We would be happy to return anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cornwall.

Vintage Eden room

Pros: Karen & Derek the owners of this beautiful vintage B&B are very accommodating and extremely helpful. They gave us information about the neighbouring villages and gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat. The breakfast was freshly made and had a variety of options to choose from the breakfast menu.

Cons: I cannot fault anything, eveything was perfect

Pros: Beautifull place and amazing to stay in such a historical building. Very friendly and attentive hosts who knows a lot about the area and are excellent at providing advice on trips, places to eat etc. Delicious breakfast, very comfortable room, clean and quiet. A place which really feels like a home away from home

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended

Pros: We spent two nights at Britannia House Vintage B&B and were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, exceptionally clean, and the bed remarkably comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was pristine. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and full of flavour – clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The hosts were gracious, attentive, and discreetly accommodating throughout our stay. The property itself exudes charm and tranquillity, with thoughtful vintage details and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Ideally located for exploring the Cornish coast, with convenient parking and excellent access to nearby attractions. A truly delightful experience – we will definitely return soon.
