Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The double bed was a little smaller than we are used to but that is personal choice.

Cons: As with many areas in Cornwall the TV reception was a bit hit and miss except for BBC channels.

Perfectly equipped home from home to explore Cornwall

Pros: The chalet was perfect for a family of 4 for the week. Comfy beds and all the comforts needed as a base for the week to explore Cornwall. Well equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Communication and information for booking and arrival were clear and easy to follow. Great value for money, and the location is great to be able to explore Cornwall.

Lovely Base for exploring Cornwall .

Pros: This was a lovely base to explore the places we planned to the chalet / lodge had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and very comfortable more than expected tbh it was very clean and the grounds were well looked after no issues lovely host very clear and precise in what to expect all feedback is positive for my stay via the host services . Very close to parking at the start of the park super easy to find . Everything you needed was there no issues .

Cons: Not the property more the village it’s set in Slight Negative - WiFi not great or pay £10 a week ( not charged by the hosts ) the park itself It was nice not to have in a way kept us free from tech a bit more ( screen time definitely down ) the actual park had a shop but nothing else no bars or areas to socialise in ( there was an area that looked closed off maybe for regeneration that maybe at some point been a bar of some kind ) Host makes you aware of this also .

Cons: If being really picky, the freeview was a bit hit and miss but we weren’t there to watch tv.

Pros: The property was spacious clean and comfortable, everything we needed for our week’s holiday. Situated on a lovely campsite 5 minutes drive from padstow with friendly staff.

Pros: The layout of the holiday park is very good and it is well positioned if you wish to explore Cornwall .The chalet my wife and I stayed in was very comfortable and clean and had all the stuff you would have at home telly fridge cooker microwave washing machine etc.

Cons: Having to come home.We had a lovely time and we will definitely be coming back next year.

Good value week

Pros: We don’t often do self catering, but this was a last minute booking and suited our purpose. The chalet contained everything we needed and was easy to find, great central location for what we wanted and was very clean. The site was quiet and grass freshly lawned.

Cons: There were no facilities on site. Ie: no restaurant or anywhere to socialise. There was a makeshift marque at the weekend, but it was almost deserted and very few persons on site. I know it was out of season, so suited us and our needs but it was almost too quiet with no life. There is no free wi-fi, but small charge which is reasonable if needed. The chalet was ok for two, but very small and the double bed was a very small double. The small site shop was closed on our arrival, so we had to find a supermarket, which was fine and St Merryn is about 1 mile away with shops. It was good value for what we had and have no complaints.

Lovely chalets

Pros: Love these chalets and this was the best one we have stayed in so far. It was smart, clean, nice position. The location is perfect for a number of the beaches and local village. Owner and cleaner were also great when we left the kids new coats and they got them back to us.

Cons: Was just the shower door that you have to keep inside son it doesn't go in the floor.
