Thanks Rachel it was so lovely for you to answer any questions we had and for the good accommodation

Pros: I didn't realized it was B&B when I booked it but good thing there were no other people at that time. It was far away from busy roads that it was so peaceful to catch up with a good sleep after months of stressful work and lifestyle.

Cons: I was informed by the owner ahead about no breakfast, so we did managed to bring some for our own but there is a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cutlery sets and plates to use. I just hope there is a sink for us to wash the dishes and I apologized to Rachel who was understanding to do it for me as we were heading home.

Another great stay in beautiful historic farmhouse buildings

Pros: Our third stay at Lower Tresmorn Farm. Stayed on a room-only basis in the converted barn of this beautiful medieval farmhouse. Lovely peaceful location off the beaten track. No breakfast option, but you can take your own basic provisions as crockery and cutlery are provided and access to a fridge freezer. Large comfortable room and bed. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Easy access across fields to the coast path.

Superb location, off the beaten track with lovely comfortable room and bed.

Pros: This was a room only basis with facilities for preparing a breakfast available if required.

Cons: Breakfast had to be eaten in your room or in an area which was not conducive to comfort.
