Perfect for a weekend by the sea!

Pros: Location was great, staff were lovely, the price was well within our budget and the property had lots of parking close by. Sea views while enjoying a continental breakfast in our room was perfect.

Cons: Our room was a little dated and would benefit from being decorated, however for a short stay this wasn’t really an issue.

Pros: Such a beautiful Guest House in an incredible location. I stayed in the Sandpiper room, and can't praise it enough. The view from the room is incredible, and is super relaxing to watch the waves from.

Very comfortable room with a Lush breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was lush, hot and tasty and plentyful. The staff were helpful and polite. The upgrade in room was very much appreciated. The room was spotless. Tea and coffee making facility with biscuits and water on arrival was a nice touch.

Cons: Could not fault my stay.

A quiet comfortable reasonably priced stay, walking distance from the station and beach.

Pros: Room was better than I expected as I was given a twin, although I'd only booked a single. The breakfast was freshly cooked and there was also cereal and fruit available, also better than expected.

Totally recommend! Next time I’m in the areas, I’m staying again.

Pros: Super nice and clean throughout. The lady at reception was very kind and upgraded me to a bigger room with sea view without me requesting it. Also, let me have breakfast a little earlier than their kitchen opening time as I had to leave for work.
