Excellent location for all amenities.

Pros: Good location only 10 minutes walk to the town. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: Was clean well looked after and owners were very friendly, initially booked a double mention I was traveling with sister and was rectified to a twin straight very easily and quickly with out any prompting

Cons: I a big man and was a squeeze to get through shower door but that nit picking and more to do with me than the property

Perfect location and accommodation for staying in Falmouth,

Pros: Lovely property in an ideal location for the station, harbour and beaches. Very clean and comfortable and stayed in the twin room which was a really good size. Friendly owners and excellent breakfast.

Great location, very comfortable.

Pros: Just a quick overnight stay - didn't have breakfast. Room and bed spacious, clean and cosy. Very little noise from road. Good communication from owners.

Cons: Really splitting hairs here but I'm a bit fussy about pillows and wasn't that keen on these. However, there was a sensible combo of one big and one flatter per side so I was able to go for the flatter one to sleep. It was fine. ideally i'd have a squashier pillow.

Quiet, calm, relaxed, and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely guest house, clean tidy, great breakfast choices and service. The en-suite was lovely. The room overlooked the road, and as I live in a quiet country lane I’m not used to the sound of traffic, so that was the only area I would change next time, requesting a room out the back which overlooks the harbour.

Cons: Busy road out the front.

Pros: Our hosts were lovely, helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for us, easy for the train, university and seeing the gorgeous town of Falmouth

Cons: Having a bathroom across the hall, I should have clocked that when I booked, so my error, just a personal preference, the facilities were excellent, private and super clean.
