Safe, private and comfortable

Pros: My second stay here, lovely rooms and as a solo traveller it is very safe. Immaculate. Private. Easy to access via code pads, which change each week so very safe. Rear car park, recreational park opposite, 5 min walk to Falmouth. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Hope to stay again.

Pros: I like that check in/out was easy. No keys to carry around. Clean apartment, lots of tea/coffee/milk. Hand wash was lovely too. Great location, 5 min walk into centre, opposite a park and parking on site

Pros: Beautiful property just like the photos! Clean, spacious, comfy and well equipped. Great value for money!

Cons: There was nothing it was perfect!

Pros: It was clean, comfortable with all we needed. It was convenient for town and with parking on site, a bonus. Plenty to do in and around Falmouth. All in all a lovely break away.

Pros: Accommodation was brilliant and the shower 🚿 was excellent,short walk to the town centre

Cons: Just 1 little complaint, the 2 chairs are really uncomfortable, maybe a,2 seater sofa would be good

Pros: Good location not far from centre, perfectly clean and have all equipment needed plus bed was comfortable.

Cons: The only thing missing was a manual lock from inside the room. Even though the passcode changes weekly, it would feel safer to have an inside lock so no one could enter while we’re in the room.

Great for short break

Pros: Met our needs for short stay. Entry and exit keyless. Safe location, near park for good walks. Walking distance to town centre. Room was clean, warm aesthetically pleasing. Very good WiFi and parking

Pros: That you didn't have to interact with anyone to check in and out! Bed was very comfortable and it was nice having access to the shared kitchen with extra tea and coffee provisions as well as the option to use any of those facilities if needed. It was also nice to have a fridge actually in the room.

Cons: It was a bit odd that the fridge was on top of the chest of draws and that the bin was the opposite side of the room to the tea facilities. I moved that so it was easier to put tea bags straight in the bin. There was a bit of dirt or fluff or something in the shower which I rinsed away before using. It was otherwise very clean though.

Absolutely perfect for a few nights visiting our daughter.

Pros: The room was spacious , spotless and had everything we needed . The bed was super comfortable too .
