A great location and host who kept herself out of our way to enjoy beautiful Porthleven

Pros: Fantastic location overlooking the sea with an easy walk along the coastal path to get into town.

Cons: The breakfast was limited, but as expected and replacement glasses each day would be appreciated.

Lovely relaxing break

Pros: Beautiful property in amazing location with fantastic view of the sea. Lovely to walk along the cliffs/ coastal walk to the town. Bedroom was clean and spacious with beautiful furniture and en-suite.

We can't wait to return. The best value for money and the best view!

Pros: Super communication from Samantha the owner. Excellent remote check in process. Lovely touch to leave us breakfast provisions in our room, incl fresh milk. Absolutely stunning location and view from our room ( no 1). Right on the doorstep of the SWC path.

Very relaxing and authentic Cornwall.

Pros: The location is stunning. You can join the south west path just in front of the house. The room facing the sea was spacious and very comfortable. Porthleven is within walking distance.

Pros: An incredible venue, a short drive from Porthleven, & just magical surroundings. Lovely breakfast items left in the room too.

Cons: You can't really walk to town as the roads have no footpath, but it's a really minor point.

Breath taking views, ideal location for exploring Cornwall!

Pros: Lovely guesthouse in a stunning location! Room was perfect with everyrhing you need for the morning breakfast and if you are short you can help yourself to more on the landing larder cabinet! Would definitely recommend! If you are lucky like us you see some seals bottling from the window ❤️

Cons: Nothing bad to say about this guesthouse! All was excellent
