Apple Tree Barn - converted barn with meadow views

Perfect location, warm rooms comfy bed, all we needed for a short break.

Pros: Location perfect, a wonderful view of the sunrise from our comfortable bed.

Cons: Slight confusion when we arrived as we tried the key to the door next to the keylock which is a neighbors door.

Pros: Good location, clean and comfortable.Room and facilities were great.

Cons: Could of done with a tv. But the room was wonderful.

Pros: Stayed last year enjoyed it so much returned this year good location for all the sites

Peaceful, comfortable and close to lots of nice beaches

Pros: Quiet and peaceful, short walk to the village shop and pub and less than an hour's walk into Porthleven. Very clean and well presented room, surprisingly spacious. Comfy bed and nice not to have a TV.

Pros: Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable. Quiet settings and had great facilities.

Pros: Comfy and clean room. Good kitchen facilities and shower. Good price.

Cons: Bit out of the way but I knew that before getting it. Hard to find proper room upon arrival. The double doors you see on the profile is the actual only entrance which I didn't realise.

Pros: I have given a neutral for staff as we had no contact with any. This is ideal for walkers and cyclists, the property is compact but has everything you need and has been well thought out. The local pub we tried ( Queens Arms) was really good too.

Would stay again in this beautiful place.

Pros: Beautiful location and just right for us to visit a mate up the road. 2 walkable pubs - both with food - one easier by virtue of better footpaths. Right next to a garden centre with a cafe that does some OK food. Kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was lovely too. Loads of info included in a folder in the main room. Great view too.

Cons: The 'shoes off' thing is understandable, but no seat to sit down and do that job easily (for us old'uns). Also this is fair comment during wet weather...but on drier days perhaps not quite so much of an issue. Had a little difficulty with the key box as I couldn't see which way to turn the top dial (clockwise I think)...perhaps this needs clarifying in the arrival notes.

Lovely quiet place to stay, very comfortable and cosy.

Pros: Beautiful location, very clean and tidy! Great communication from host. Quality fixtures and fittings!

Cons: All was fantastic!
