Pros: Everything! Great location, on bus and train route, into St Ives (parking is a nightmare!). Comfortable room with welcome breakfast items in the fridge, which was lovely. Parking as well. Thank you, I'll certainly be back!

We enjoyed our stay it was very clean and comfortable.

Pros: It was very clean and cosy, the fridge was well stocked every day.

Cons: It was by the main road so a bit noisy and the car park was rather small,

Very warm welcome from lovely hosts

Pros: Beechwood House is in a great location for Carbis Bay beach and on the bus route for St Ives and Penzance. Very clean and comfortable with lovely helpful hosts. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Pros: Great property, very close to the beach, train station and a shop and a restaurant. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. We’re lookout forward to coming back hopefully soon ☺️

Very cozy and holy stay

Pros: Cleanliness and comfortable. The owner are very welcoming and friendly. I liked the small touch of offering free snacks in the fridge. Felt like being at home.

Pros: The breakfast was a selection of items in the fridge, yogurt, fruit, flapjack, croissant, plus cereal and milk. My room was at front so I heard traffic until about 11, but OK during the night. The hotel is 10 minute walk from Carbis Station, near to a bus stop to go into St Ives.

Cons: I thought for price and location all was good.
