Great house. Well appointed and perfect base for our Boscastle and Trebarwith centred walks.

Pros: Location perfect for a group of walking friends. Easy access to the local pubs and the cafes of Boscastle.

Cons: I may have missed it in the instructions but making it clearer that the parking was at the Cobweb and that there is a cut through to the house from the Old road (opposite the Wellington hotel), would have stopped us walking all the way up the old road and back down the new road. A 10 minute walk versus a 1 minute walk. A sign that read 'Lewarne' on steps from the New Road, would be ideal.

Pros: Boscastle is a great location. We had great weather. The house was great for us.

Cons: If you had young children it would be a problem accessing it down lots of steps. We couldn't work out when rubbish day was. It certainly wasn't Wednesday the day suggested in the information pack.

Pros: Location and superb sleeping accommodation. Close to all necessary facilities.

Cons: Couldn’t get TV to work and not instructions.

Beautiful period home with great access to Tintagel

Pros: Location, cleanliness, free standing bath, full kitchen.

Cons: Late check-in at 4pm, very early check-out at 9am!!! Seems a bit of a rip off if you don't book more than one night. Door handles are stiff and difficult to open for those with mobility issues.

Pros: It was spacious. It was clean. It has lots of facilities. The view was wonderfull.

Cons: The bathroom was too small and you can not take shower easilly. The handle of the door of the bathroom did not work properly when you want to open from inside. No parking.
