Pros: Secluded location adjacent to great gardens. Arrived thru main house, tree lined drive. All amenities covered and welcome pack provided by Charlotte. Two beautiful bedrooms, living, kitchen, bathrooms filled with pretty decor and the necessities like home. Laundry facilities a very welcome bonus. Very comfortable clean beds and bathrooms. Loved it

Cons: A shower curtain around the combo bath/shower in bed 2. Locks didn’t work properly.

5 star holiday cottage more like a home from home

Pros: Really lovely location, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and atmospheric. There was a lovely selection of welcome drinks and snacks and this was our 4th time here. We absolutely love it, a wonderful base to visit family living in the area.

Pros: It really was a lovely big space in a detached house in a wooded area. It had everything you'd wish for. We also loved the nice welcome with Prosecco, crisps and biscuits. Thanks very much!

Pros: If you really want to experience life in the countryside with all needed to make you feel at home, this cossy cottage is your place. Located in a peaceful garden site and well communicated with all facilities and even some goodies to welcome you!

Nice cottages for family holiday

Pros: The host were very nice and came very quickly to help with the boiler. They presented us with Prosecco and goodies and milk. We had good space for the for of us. I was glad of the washing and especially the tumbler option.

Cons: The doors were a struggle to close.

Pros: We absolutely loved our time at Cuddra Cottage in St Austell. The property was exactly as described, incredibly spacious and felt like a true home away from home. The cottage is tucked away in a magical spot surrounded by trees and lovely plants yet just a short drive to the beach, the Eden Project, and lots of great local restaurants and attractions. The property had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor patio space to relax in. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful our hosts were, sorting out a small issue quickly and providing lots of useful local recommendations. Cuddra Cottage is a delightful property and we recommend it to anyone looking for a break in the Cornish countryside.

Cons: While the cottage is pet friendly, the outside patio area is not fully enclosed so we were not able to let our puppy off the leash, a little extra fencing would be useful.

Pros: Charlotte is a lovely host. Her welcome package was exceptional with both savory and sweet snacks on arrival to accompany the bottle of prosecco and the all important bottle of milk! The cottage was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Such a treat. Thank you Charlotte for making our weekend super lovely!
