Pros: Spacious lodge. Very clean. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Garden setting is beautiful.

Cons: Had queried an early check-in (regular check-in time is 4pm), we got a reply to ask what time we'd like to check in, and then had no further reply to our 3pm request and so decided to make our way there for 3pm. Upon arrival, we were told there would be a £10 charge for the early check-in in, which was not communicated in previous messages. Since the lodge had clearly been ready for some time, it's difficult to understand what this charge is for. Isn't it good customer service when, if the room is availa, le you have access to it? Similarly, the charge for a dog for one night is £25, again, difficult to understand why this charge is so high, when most places charge £10 to £15 at the most.

Great place to stay for a mini break with a dog

Pros: Had a lovely 2 night stay here in the superior one bedroom holiday home. It had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and good value for the offer price. The shower had great water pressure which was very nice after a long day out. We had one dog with us, it was £25 on arrival for her for the 2 nights. The gardens were nice to walk around but we mainly used this as a base to go and visit a few other attractions in cornwall on our 3 day holiday. There were some great dog friendly restaurants nearby, Springtide and The holmbush Inn. We would happily stay here again

Cons: Netflix didnt work on the tv, but there were films on regular tv that we were happy with instead, we had meant to bring our laptop to watch shows but forgot it. The frying pan had also seen better days and due replacing, the non stick was gone.

Great apartment set in tranquil gardens, but also close to shops and tourist attractions.

Pros: A unique setting, very welcoming and helpful hosts who met us at reception and took us to our apartment. The apartment had everyone that we needed, was in a quiet location set within beautiful gardens. Plenty of parking and great location for visiting family and friends.

Cons: N’a

It was a brilliant stay, would recommend to all as it is ideal for all those who like their peace and the beaches of the

Pros: It was lovely and quiet with a very welcoming vibe to it. The gardens themselves were very vibrant and full of life with excellent service from the team. It was in a good location close to shops you would need and a nice beach with easy access to main roads to head further up and down the country.

Cons: The cooking facilities were underwhelming due to the use of a oven-microwave, the bathroom was okay with a slightly smaller shower than what would have been ideal. Apart from that was a brilliant time

Excellent comfortable stay in a beautiful garden setting.

Pros: Everything was good. Easy to extend late checkout by 1 hour. Excellent bakery ten minutes outside the property entrance.

Cons: Arm chairs were a bit dated. However this was a minor thing.

Lovely accommodation, great hosts, central location, what’s not to like?!

Pros: Location is great for Eden Project, St Austell bay and as a base for anywhere in Cornwall really. Access to the beautiful gardens was a lovely bonus. The apartment was modern and comfortable.

Cons: Sofas are a bit lumpy and could do with some extra cushions. A side lamp or two in the lounge would also be a bonus.

A little peace of Heaven in Cornwall 💓

Pros: Quiet, relaxed atmosphere! We were greeted on arrival by Ben, who gave us a fabulously warm welcome! All staff and other residents on site were smiley warm and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, good quality mattress, pillows and bedding. The shower was amazing! Powerful and hot! The apartment was large, clean and was heated ready for our arrival, Personal homely touches 😊 I stayed here with my 15 year old daughter, we felt safe and comfortable. We would often walk around the gardens on the evening, spotting different birds, bats and plants. Also spotted a few frogs. This is just what we needed, a few days in the countryside, not far from the coast! We love Cornwall, We would love to return to Pinetum Garden during the Spring/Summer to see the gardens in bloom 🌺🌸🪷 Thank you to everyone at Pinetum Gardens! Amy and Emily x

Cons: We were very satisfied with our stay, Everything was perfect. The laid back atmosphere set in tranquility! There is nothing we disliked.
