Pros: Louise was an excellent host, really helpful and accommodating. House was lovely, very clean, beautifully presented, very comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: Only slight downside was parking but understandably it's a busy location. It is not a criticism, just be mindful. Parking attendants are in operation!

Pros: Good communication with our host and a really cosy old house with privacy and nice outdoor facilities. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week. Nice that we could walk to the restaurants by the habour.

Cons: The beds are a bit narrow, but maybe that is just us :-)

Excellent property in great location.

Pros: Excellent location with nice thoughtful touches- especially as we were bringing a guide dog with our group. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

Pros: The treats were a really nice touch. My kids and my elderly mother in particular loved the house and found it very comfortable.

Cons: We all found the beds a bit too soft.

We came as a group, and had pre-planned a day playing golf, and a day out on a boat fishing. This was the most suitable,

Pros: Very comfortable cottage, in a convenient location for our purposes.

Cons: Allocated parking would have been more convenient, but we realise that’s not possible with this property.

Characterful cottage with charming decor, spotlessly clean and well appointed .

Pros: Beautifully appointed cottage in the fabulous village of Charlestown . Newly decorated and full of lovely touches to make us feel welcome . A tasty selection of goodies in a welcome basket as well as blankets/ treats etc to make our dog feel welcome too . Spotlessly clean and with very comfortable beds . Parking could be tricky in the high summer but we were able to park either outside the cottage or just down the road . There are plenty of options . The gardens front and back are perfect for a dog as they are enclosed . We would definitely like to return .

Fabulous house and location

Pros: Location and so many nice touches in the house. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive. The house was picture postcard perfect.

Cons: With the weather being warm and wet, it felt a little bit damp inside. Really needed the heating to kick in. We aired the place every morning and that helped a little.

Fantastic Cottage

Pros: Fantastic location. Beautifully decorated and very homely. Nothing was too much trouble for Louise and she left us a wonderful welcome pack with lovely Easter treats and a cream tea. The facilities in the cottage were spot on we couldn't of asked for anything more.

Cons: Nothing.
