Outstanding views, private and spacious, and we would stay again

Pros: Beautiful views from all rooms and the whole house was beautifully fitted out. Having a garage right outside was a real bonus for a property in Falmouth and although the access to the property and garage was a little tricky it was well worth it.

Cons: Getting the heating under control was a daily adventure, the small ground floor bathroom (that was closest proximity to our bedroom) was like a furnace and the corridor and stairs areas seemed warmer than the main rooms. We did work it out to our satisfaction but we had to keep adjusting thermostats.

Very enjoyable stay would happily recommend it.

Pros: Great Views, location, quality of towels, cookware etc. Property was nice and warm , the heated towel rails keeping the bathrooms warm and the towels dry

Cons: Stairs are very narrow and not easy for someone with large feet! Or walking difficulties. Just the way it is with those type of houses

Wonderful stay in Falmouth which exceeded all of our expectations.

Pros: The house is ideally situated to enjoy the best of Falmouth - the views from every balcony on every floor are outstanding, everything is walkable including the whole of the high street and the beach and it set back up the hill so that the nights are quiet and undisturbed. The house is extremely well furnished with additional touches over and above our expectations everywhere.

Amazing house with great view

Pros: What’s not to like? It’s located in the centre of town and very convenient for popping to the shops, restaurants and piers. The views are amazing from the house and each room has own balcony. Well equipped and beautiful house to suit a family holiday. Great communication with Helena.

Memorable and enjoyable stay

Pros: Beautifully appointed property, perfect for families. Centrally located, spectacular views of the harbour from every room.

The house made our family break so much more enjoyable.

Perfection for a family holiday with all family generations

Pros: The house was perfectly laid out and maximised the stunning view. Helena communicated straight away with any queries we had and the double garage was a real bonus. Travelling with my mum who has mobility issues so the room on the ground floor was a real bonus as were the various options of getting down to the town listed in the information book. So much attention to detail in all aspects plus super comfy beds!

Cons: Absolutely nothing and hope to stay again.

Beautiful property, really comfortable.

Pros: Location was fab. The layout of the rooms and decor was brilliant. Enough bathrooms - also brilliant. Views - amazing! 2 parking spaces in central Falmouth - amazing! Easy comms with Helena. Also very close to a good old local pub!

Wonderful stay in an amazing property. We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the views.

Pros: Amazing location with panoramic views of the estuary from the living area and all three bedrooms. Balcony/terrace on all four floors. Double garage parking with electronic operated door removed the stress of competing for limited on street parking. Close to shops and restaurants.
