Lovely stay for a family - 2 adults and 2 older teenagers
Pros: Great cosy place for the weekend. Clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. Contact from the owner was excellent. It's in a great location. Kitchen really well appointed and lounge and bedrooms comfortable.
Cons: If I'm being picky... The weather was very cold and as the heating was on a remote timer, we couldn't override it. When it was on, it was toasty warm, but we managed with an extra jumper and slippers when it went off! Parking was tricky. Not a problem for us, but might be difficult for people that can't walk far. But nothing major.

Lovely little cottage with everything you need .
Pros: The cottage was really lovely , loved the decor it felt very modern yet homely . The kitchen had everything we needed to cook . We arrived one hour early but the owners mum was lovely and let us in . There were games to play and it had everything you need. The double bed was comfortable, nice soft pillows , the single bed not so much my mum said it was sloping so she didn’t sleep as well . We managed to find parking a few streets away so didn’t have to pay for parking which is good . Too narrow and busy near the cottage . We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it .
Cons: We had one tiny towel each but we managed as we brought our own and the bottles in the shower were labelled shampoo conditioner & soap but we didn’t realise until we’d washed hair that they all just contained liquid soap. But these were minor issues and certainly wouldn’t stop us staying there again . The only thing I didn’t like was the sheet on the sofa bed smelt very musty and looked grubby so I would recommend they changed that . It’s either Jacob’s Ladder or steep hills to get into town so you need to be relatively fit , we enjoyed the exercise to be fair .

Cosy, compact, and great for a short visit to Falmouth.
Pros: Nice, cosy little cottage that makes good use of a compact space. Functional, well-decorated and furnished, and very dog-friendly. Good shower! Excellent communication from the host, who was friendly and helpful on the phone. A very informative PDF gave us all the key details we needed about our stay. Nicely situated within a short walking distance to shops, pubs, and the harbour. We would definitely stay again!
Cons: The upstairs beds were lovely- but the sofa bed has lost tension in the middle when unfolded into a bed and is not so comfortable for sleeping- though it still functions perfectly well and is comfy enough as a sofa!

Overall, a warm and thoughtful stay with a few minor improvements that could make it even better.
Pros: The host was absolutely lovely, warm, attentive, and genuinely went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. She offers thoughtful hamper options, and we purchased a beautiful one at a great price, which was such a nice touch. We truly felt welcomed throughout our visit.
Cons: One thing to mention is that the mattresses, especially in the smaller room and on the sofa bed, weren’t the most comfortable. If these could be updated, it would really enhance the overall experience. Also, while it’s lovely that the property is dog-friendly, but the combination of that and not being able to open the downstairs window for safety reasons meant there was limited ventilation and a slight pet odour. It would also be helpful if the bushes along the walkway were trimmed slightly, just to make access to the property a bit easier. That said, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Cons: Maybe some cushions for the outdoor furniture but honestly it was all good.

Great, good base for a quick visit.
Pros: The house was fine, just what we needed for two days and nights visiting family in Cornwall.
Cons: Parking on the street was not available due to lots of other cars parked there. We parked in the Town Quarry car park which was fine.

Very charming stay near the center of Falmouth!
Pros: The location, near the centre of Falmouth, the contact with the hostess, the cleanliness of the accomodation, the look of the house, the easy chairs in the living room, the very well equiped kitchen.
Cons: You have to be in a good condition since you have to walk a steep staircase to reach the center. There's no wardrobe in the sleepingrooms because they are too tiny for that. The lack of a shelf or something in the bathing room. The size of the bed in the master bedroom was really small for us.

We only had 3 nights & still finding our way around when we had to leave, wish we'd booked a week!
Pros: clean, lovely location, comprehensive info book and instructions, close to town.
Cons: next door's dog very noisy and yappy, kept jumping up at gate and barking. no where to put clothes, but I acknowledge bedrooms were very small and no where to put furniture to store clothing
