Falmouth View

Pros: The views across the Harbour were good, beds were very comfortable, well equipped for self catering. Parking permits were very useful.

Cons: Basement felt damp when we arrived and drains were smelly. We put heating on to help with the damp.

Lovely stay and great overall.

Pros: Lovely property with a wonderful view of the bay. Central location. All the equipment and items you could need. Very useful booklet of instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Quite awkward with such a tiny sink in kitchen. Slightly unpleasant smell in downstairs bathroom. Plus the sockets under the dressing table didn’t work.

Pros: Location and facilities, cleanliness, fittings, options to be together or have your own space.

Cons: TV was outdated with a poor quality picture, not very important for us personally. Worktops in kitchen are tiny, so only really useful for breakfast.

Pros: Very well situated above the centre of town but in a quiet area. Great views from the rooms across the harbour.

A perfect week in Falmouth

Pros: The property was brilliantly located, with amazing views of the harbour. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. Helena ensured that we had everything ready for check in even though she was heading off on holiday

Cons: The squeaky downstairs bathroom door and the bedroom doors which didn’t have a way of “closing” so they banged when it got windy. Very minor points!

Beautiful views over Falmouth Harbour

Pros: The facilities of the house were great and the view from each of the balconies was stunning. There was also so many good places to eat out in Falmouth if you want to.

Pros: Beautiful views that start and end the day perfectly. We were so lucky to have amazing sunny weather and drinking coffee, looking at the harbour to start the day was heavenly. With an easy walk into town, and further afield, the location is excellent.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Fantastic views from the house which is really well equipped.

Pros: Directions clear, parking ok but you had to dodge the local workmen who also used area.

Cons: The really steep stairs in the property need to be mentioned.
