Excellent Prpoerty with a great location

Pros: Great location and wonderful property with lots of history!! We went as a 6 adult family and had plenty of room for everyone !!!

Cons: Parking was very tight due to posts either side of the spaces .. very difficult to park at night as limited street lighting and with a larger vehicle it is a lot more complicated due to the gap between the parking posts!!

Lovely house

Pros: Fantastic location so close to town. We loved the history of the building which has been beautifully restored. It was incredibly clean and the beds were so comfortable. A lovely house.

Cons: The microwave didn't work and it took a few days to sort out the replacement. Also, the bins at the back were full up throughout our stay.

Pros: Would highly recommend this property. Great location with free parking available. The property was cleaned to a high standard and the beds very comfy. Brendan was also quick to reply to any queries we had on the lead up to our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Second stay here...everything you need is here. Bendan is great at responding to any concerns really quickly Spotlessly clean. Couple of minutes walk into town The spiral staircase could be a challenge for kids or those with mobility issues..but we love this place

Cons: Think a roller blind on the landing for nights and early mornings would be good

Lovely short break in Falmouth

Pros: Lovely little place everything you need Very cozy beds perfect stay.

Cons: The location was a bit hard to find. Not being able to get into property till after 4pm and having to leave before 10 am could be more flexible

A fabulous stay in a wonderful property!

Pros: The property was amazing, from the location to the layout. The town centre was a short walk away and the parking that came with the property was a welcome bonus.

Cons: The only comment we would make is that the lack of a blind or curtain on the landing window was sometimes inconvenient.
