Lovely cornish cottage

Pros: Great house, kitchen fully fitted, nicely decorated, comfy sofa, telly fine, beds really comfy, bathroom good, shower good, parking was slightly up the road but no problem at all. Really central for Lostwithiel and good position for exploring Cornwall. Lovely cream tea left for us when we arrived. Would happily book again.

Cons: Everything was great but just be aware that the garden is accessed up a path with steps to it, its a nice garden, small but has a table and chairs and great view. The stairs in the house are quite narrow, not a problem for me but if you have difficulty with mobility it may be difficult for you.

Cosy quirky cottage in great location

Pros: Lovely cottage very cosy and quirky and clean My husband and son are tall and kept banging their heads even tho there were plenty of signs warning to be careful!!!! It didn’t upset our stay We were able to park easily every day and the cottage is perfectly located to the town.

Great last minute find.

Pros: The cottage was immaculate and in a great location. I always managed to get parked on the hill just up from the cottage. The pastries were a lovely touch.

Cons: If I have to say something that I didn'tlike, it would be the garden which was a bit of a let down. It's quaint, up lots of steeps which arent steep but the area was tiny and generally in the shade.

Absolutely Brilliant

Pros: Absolutely brilliant place to stay for Eden Project and exploring Cornwall generally. Could not have been happier with the cottage and the location. The hosts were friendly and thoughtful. We hope we can return and visit again soon.

Perfect cottage for relaxing and exploring Cornwall.

Pros: Lostwithiel had a lovely community feel, and we ended up staying an extra night. Cottage was comfortable and well located, parking was not too far away. Hist was extremely helpful and lovely pastries on arrival. Perfect for exploring this part of Cornwall

Pros: Charming little cottage within a short distance of the Eden Project, Lanhydrock, Bodmin and Fowey. Very comfortable bed and great shower room. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely selection of pastries provided on arrival as well as everything necessary to make a cup of tea or coffee. Good communication with host.

Cons: Very low doorways and narrow staircase, but only to be expected in an old cottage. No parking at the cottage though we were able to park in the back lane to unload and load quickly. Free parking was available just a short walk away. The hills were very challenging for my keen cyclist husband!

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location.

Pros: Had everything you needed, was comfortable & clean. Beautiful cottage.

Cons: Was fine for us but has no parking. We were alway able to find parking in the town.

Pros: Lostwithiel is a nice location. Friendly, informative welcome and suggestions in the cottage

Cons: I couldn’t get the microwave to work. The hanging wire basket in the shower wasn’t a good system.

Cons: Die Treppe war etwas schmal und steil - eben wie in einem alten Cottage.
