A good location, comfortable with all the necessary facilities

Pros: A clean and comfortable room with a kitchen which was useful. The host came to check all was ok.

Relaxed and comfortable.

Pros: On arrival, there was no messing around with key locks etc, the key was in the door ready for me to arrive, I was greeted by the host (whom is a lovely lady) and after a short chat, was left to find things for myself. The facilities are more than adequate in the property with fridge, cooker, microwave, sink etc, the shower is spacious and gets nice and hot with plenty of water. The room is very bright with plenty of windows and in the evening there are lots of lights, the bed was very comfortable and the TV has plenty of channels to choose from including Netflix.

Cons: Parking could be closer but remember, this is Cornwall, the streets are narrow and the hills are steep, just use the free parking at the community center (pizza stand on Mondays), it's less than 2 minutes to walk.

Accommodating, friendly and would definitely return

Pros: Host was very accommodating who checked on me during my stay, ensuring everything was all ok with my stay. It’s a very short walk to a few pubs and the river, as well as the local train station

Pros: Very compact but everything you need! Kitchen area, dining table, bed, tv, bathroom with shower, WiFi

Cons: I loved everything … only one criticism and not an issue but I thought I could smell damp so perhaps an air freshener or plug in may help ?

Pros: Its privacy and quietness while close to the town and convenient for the station.

Pros: The lovely lady holt came out her home when I stopped in my car outside. The annexe was so beautiful it was so beachutch in style of class of a John Lewis style , I so calm and relaxed wonderful Double bed and duvet was really thick but not heavy and was very comfortable and felt safe travelling alone. The apartment is a hidden Gem , so don't tell anyone 😊. If I go Eden project again and want to stay with someone or myself , this is my place for me.

Cons: It's a steep hill to park on but , that's my problem. And the host will email messages you , stay in contact with the host. 10/10.
